Filing an insurance claim.

At Absolute Glass, Inc., we are truly experts at making sure submitting your auto glass claim is fast and easy.  We are the preferred provider for more than a hundred of the most recognized insurance and fleet management companies in the U.S.

• Know your rights when it comes to your choice in auto glass repair.  The Independent Glass Association (IGA) in the United States has released an informative "Don't Get Steered" campaign to inform individuals about the right to choice the auto glass shop of their choice.  The customer should not get steered by any third party administrators during this process.  Please contact us at (803)951-7200 to learn more details or check out the comic "Don't Get Steered."

• Auto glass is covered under the comprehensive portion of your auto policy in the state of S.C.  There is a $0.00 deductible on all glass claims with proper insurance.

• Most insurance companies will waive your deductible if your windshield can be repaired instead of replaced.

• If you have a comprehensive deductible, you will be responsible for paying the amount of your deductible and your insurance company will be billed for the remaining amount of your service.  This deductible can not be waived in the state of S.C. because that would be classified as couponing.
